The Brand, The Location, The Facilities and The People.
I would like to highlight more about The Brand because it’s related to well being. It’s inspired me to live my life well and ‘living the brand’ The Facilities because we are the only Resort in Nusa Dua area that is well known as a Family Resort with Convention Centre located by the beach.

rtjr6iWhat is the most memorable achievement in your career at hospitality industry?

Being the key contact and highly involved of the success of IMF/WB Annual Meetings 2018. I had started this project in 2014, by assisting Indonesia Government preparing the Destination Bidding Proposal. Indonesia won the project and from there I started to prepare everything for The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Proposal, Planning and Execution.
Carefully crafted the proposal and planning for a 32 days buyout of the entire Resort and BICC, it was a massive project involving more than 1,000 associates for the success of Key Indonesia Event that bringing 35,000 delegates…. I will always remember this for the rest of my life

How do you cope with so many competitions in Bali these days? What is your hotel doing to stay competitive?

God first, take care of your wellbeing, guard your heart and always be grateful

Spending time with my family, watching movie and do sport
