I have many actually, I’m blessed! But if I have to choose one of them, I’ll pick one inspiring moment when I got the opportunity to join the UNICEF field trip with our Corporate Communications team as well as the UNICEF team to Cambodia. There I got to see different side of life and I feel good that I have the opportunity every year to get involved in our UNICEF charity event and collect donations for the kids in need in few developing countries in Asia Pacific. We can see that little actions we contribute, they mean a lot for the kids. At the end they are our future.
How do you maintain your health during your busy schedule?
For the past 6 months, living in a healthy lifestyle becoming one of my top priorities and I make the time for this commitment. At Westin, we have Yoga and Zumba classes and I do those exercises at least twice a week. Every day I wake up early morning before 6am and start my day with meditation or praying and followed by enjoying my big glass of nutritious juice to begin my busy day. I feel so much healthier and happier after 6 months implementing this lifestyle and I will continue doing this. Discipline is the key.
