Taking place over two days, 10 and 11 May 2025, the experience promises a fully immersive sensory journey, featuring bold cocktails and locally inspired culinary creations.

At the heart of this fusion is Antonio Lai, the visionary mixologist behind Quinary’s award-winning bar program in Hong Kong. Known for his avant-garde, multi-sensory approach, Antonio brings his boundary-pushing spirit to W Lounge on Saturday, 10 May, from 7 PM to 10 PM, for an exclusive Quinary Takeover – an evening designed to redefine what a night out can taste and feel like.

Signature creations include the Earl Grey Caviar Martini – a citrus-forward cocktail with floral undertones and molecular flair and the Polo Santo Highball, layered with earthy cordial and the bold heat of black pepper. These innovative drinks will be served against the vibrant backdrop of W Lounge’s dynamic beats and beachfront atmosphere, elevating the experience beyond the glass.

But the journey doesn’t end there. On Sunday, 11 May, from 12 PM to 3:30 PM, the spotlight shifts to Starfish Bloo for a special edition of the iconic W Sunday Brunch, featuring a culinary takeover by Sardine Bali. Celebrated for its elegant, farm-to-table philosophy, Sardine brings its refined flavors to the coast for a one-day-only brunch event.

Expect live seafood grilling – think slipper lobster, marinated sardines, prawn and octopus skewers, alongside exquisite dishes such as the Papuan Crab Tower and Bruschetta with Cured Sardine and Pancetta. The experience is elevated further with Sardine’s signature entertainment, bringing vibrant island energy to the scene. Complemented by Quinary’s brunch-exclusive cocktail menu, every dish and drink is crafted to harmonize in an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
