Delight in minimally processed and plant-based delicacies such as Zuppa Fredda di Pomodoro, Barramundi in Saor, Soupe à l’oignon Gratinée, and wood-fired Italian pizza. Using locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and organic cheese from a Bali-based cheese artisan, the signature chicken breast with Spanish Romesco with charred leeks and smoky potato medallions will offer the truly authentic taste of the Mediterranean.
