The culinary team, led by the corporate executive chef, “Chef Ridwan Hakim” has invited a 2 Starred Michelin Chef “Chef Florian Neubauer” also Josef Sukup from After Seven Restaurant of Backstage Hotel Zermatt, Switzerland who will be together treating the guests to an immersive display of a 7 delicacies which will be savoured in 170 minutes; sets a unique unparalleled memoir and engage to an everlasting once in a lifetime experience.
The Wondrous Seventeen, “A wonderful epicurean journey” will be taking place exclusively 17 days, starting from Sept 1 – Sept 18, 2022 at all HGI’s properties. During the weekend all the dinners may expect an ultimate wonder by the 3 chefs as they will go extra miles to spoil everyone with extra palates. Open to all, at Hanging Garden Of Bali and Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa the 7-courses dinner will start from 7 pm – 9:30 pm person priced starting from IDR 1.700.000++/ Pax , while at Elevate Bali the 7-courses lunch will be available for lunch start from 1 pm – 3:30 pm priced at IDR 1.700.000/Pax.
