With his new role as a Director of Food & Beverage, Laurens will be responsible for further enhancing the resort’s F&B portfolio, offering our guests exquisite and diverse culinary experiences. Synonymous with Alila Seminyak, Laurens joins the brand from Cheval Blanc | LVMH Group – Maldives, where he was holding the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

He will play a vital role in leading the brand’s F&B operations, ensuring that it reaches the highest standards while providing an elevated gastronomical experience to our guests.” A seasoned F&B professional with 12 years of experience in the industry, Laurens boasts of an extensive list of credentials including his stints at internationally renowned luxury hospitality groups like The Conrad Hilton (Brussels), Rosewood Hotels & Resorts (China | Cambodia), Patina Hotel | Capella Hotels & Resorts (Maldives) and Cheval Blanc | LVMH Group (Maldives). He is highly guest-oriented and believes in building a strong team culture.
