Alila Villas Uluwatu is delighted to welcome Dayu Susani as its new head of sales and marketing. Born in Tabanan, Bali, Dayu brings to the resort almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry working with some of Bali’s most luxurious brands, including St. Regis, GHM, W Hotels and the iconic Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
Her new position also marks Dayu’s return to the Alila family, having served as Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales for the brand’s Bali portfolio from 2011 to 2014. Since then, Dayu has become well recognised for her results-driven expertise at the luxury end of the hospitality sector. She went on to hold positions as Director of Sales at W Bali – Seminyak as well as Director of Sales & Marketing at Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort. She joins Alila Villas Uluwatu from Raffles Bali in Jimbaran Bay, where she was headhunted in 2019 to lead the pre-opening sales and marketing team, successfully positioning it as a leading ultra-luxury resort on the island.
In the next chapter of her journey, Dayu will oversee all sales and marketing activities for Alila Villas Uluwatu while playing a key role in familiarising the world with the resort’s position as a leader in regenerative tourism and conscious travel.
