Near the grill, chefs are in their element. Flames dance as they sear baby squid filled with herbed meat, glazed ribs, and chimichurri-topped beef sizzle to perfection. Yellowtail is gently seared and served with a light sauce vierge, while skewers of prawns, chicken sate, and vegetables move from fire to plate with effortless rhythm. Each bite carries the signature smokiness of the grill, paired with comforting sides like cheesy baked potatoes, ratatouille, and garlicky sautéed mushrooms. At the pasta station, penne in creamy rock lobster sauce offers a rich, familiar favorite, dressed up with parmesan, capers, or a touch of chili.
The night unfolds deliciously with an unlimited à la carte menu that lets you savor every moment. Begin light with a Mediterranean salad or a fragrant bowl of Provencal fish soup, then dive into comforting mains like grilled pork belly or tender beef piccata.
