The ANVAYA Beach Resort Bali is pleased to announce the launch of a new menu in July 2019 for Sands Restaurant. The new menu was created based on guest preference, a harmonious combination of modern Indonesian-influenced and international-inspired cuisine.
This artistic menu features fresh ingredients that arrive daily from local suppliers, securing the best tastes and textures for the hotel chef’s imaginative creations, and presents an exceptional dining experience that treats local agricultural products with respect.
The new menu showcases an exceptional range of dishes, from appetizers and main courses that include Seafood Paella, Atun Diablo, Sashimi Salad Poke Bowl, Chicken Tikka Salad, Sushi Delights, Shish Kebab, Prawns a la Plancha and much more.
The chef’s special desserts provide a wonderful finale with treats such as Summer Delight Cake, Matcha-Red Bean Éclair, Chocolate-Salted Butter Caramel Éclair, Elderflower-Strawberry Éclair, Mogador Éclair and Lemon Meringue Tart to complete your day.
A Seafood BBQ dinner is available at Sands Restaurant every day from 6.30pm to 10.00pm. Dive into the sweet bounty of the ocean with a tempting selection of fresh seafood on ice, such as fish, king prawns, baby octopus, blue prawns, squid, lobster, crab and much more, complemented with refreshing appetisers and a salad bar.
Sands Restaurant faces the Indian Ocean and is blessed with one of Bali’s most sought-after views. With an emphasis on freshness, Sands Restaurant’s interactive all-day dining experience incorporates an open kitchen concept and a marketplace atmosphere where guests can try their hand at cooking under the guidance of our highly skilled chefs. The restaurant’s casual ambience is complemented by its signature walk-in wine cellar featuring both New and Old World wines. Sands Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 6am and 10.30pm daily.
