Arwana Restaurant will host its second wine dinner of the year featuring the distinguished Cape Mentelle, the leading winery in Margaret River, Australia. The event will be held on Saturday, 2nd of July 2016, starting with cocktails and canapés at beachfront Arwana Bar.
This exclusive wine dinner will present a five-course degustation menu, thoughtfully produced by the Executive Chef of The Laguna, Made Putra that matches perfectly with the acclaimed vintages of this Australian fine wine. Wines selected include Cape Mentelle’s Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz and the estate’s signature grape variety, Cabernet Sauvignon.
The price will be IDR 1,350,000 net per person, inclusive of complimentary cocktails and canapés starting from 7 PM.
