As the newest beach club in Seminyak, SugarSand is a stunning two-level creation overlooking the Indian Ocean. Reinventing Japanese elements and taking inspiration from Bali’s wild nature, the structure resembles a ‘jukung’ fishing boat, reflecting the connection to the surrounding land and sea.
Australian born chef Nic Philip’s innovative Nikkei inspired menu for SugarSand, incorporates locally sourced ingredients from land and sea, combined with love to create something completely fresh for Seminyak. A selection of ceviche and tiraditos, sushi, king prawns, whole fish and robata grill delicacies are highlights on the menu, positioned alongside essential ‘comfort food’ dishes. One of the must have is the Rainbow Roll.
