Chef Bradley’s terroir-driven dishes explores and reveals the scope of Miami’s produce and diverse food culture, all ensconced in a sexy, contemporary setting. Similarly, Chef Nic seeks to showcase the best Balinese and Indonesian produce, without compromising on delivering the best tasting menus. Incorporating familiar flavours found within cultures, Chef Nic deftly navigates his way through Indonesian nuances that epitomises his brand of global eclectic cuisine.
