Taking its culinary experience to new heights, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach presents Restaurant Hop, where guests will be taken on a flavourful journey of the five-star beachfront resort’s distinctive Café & Bar outlets. Aimed to please the discerning palates of foodies and travelers from inside and outside of the island, Restaurant Hop offers guests the luxury of sampling a four-course dinner spread across three of the resort’s restaurants and bars.
Kicking off the unique culinary journey, Hotel Indigo Bali’s Restaurant Hop is taking diners on a spectacular sunset session at the beachside bar and restaurant, SugarSand. Here, guests get to enjoy sundowner aperitifs, snacks, and the first course, which features a Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei-inspired dish. Awaiting the curious palates at Tree Bar after the sundown is the second course, where guests can sample the scrumptious small plates menu together with the resort’s signature Balixology cocktails. Following the second course, are the contemporary interpretations on the authentic flavours of Bali and Indonesia at Salon Bali. Serving a choice of main courses like the Market Fish or the Beef Short Rib, the intimate dining venue is also where the journey ends on a sweet note with a locally inspired dessert menu.
