Bartolo, a new addition to the Uluwatu dining scene, is a neighborhood restaurant and bar in Uluwatu serving simple but unexpected sharing plates inspired and rooted in European flavors while celebrating locally sourced seasonal ingredients, cocktails and wine. The space at Bartolo is welcoming. You may choose to sit in the main room or at the terrace while enjoying the food and drinks. If you feel like having cocktails, then you should head to the bar. The cocktail list is short but sweet with everything premixed in house. All are paired well with a large selection of local made charcuterie and imported cheeses. One of the signature cocktails is Black Lime Margarita consisting of Tequila with smoked honey, sage and black lime salt.
