The Restaurant at The Legian Seminyak, Bali is renowned in Seminyak for its exceptional dining offerings and this festive season, guests can enjoy some of the finest cuisine in the area over the course of Christmas and New Year. Each menu has been specially curated by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Stephane Gortina, showcasing a contemporary cuisine with a twist of Asian flavors and a focus on local, organic and sustainable ingredients.
Dining experiences on offer include a six-course dinner with a live violin performance and Christmas carols on Christmas Eve. Speciality dishes include; King prawn and chestnut bisque, Steamed barramundi with sturia caviar and French duck and young beetroot in a ‘dolce-forte’ sauce as well as vegetarian options such as Truffled potato gnocchi, Chestnut velouté and Black quinoa with locally grown vegetables.
On Christmas Day, guests can enjoy a sun-soaked three-course lunch accompanied by a live jazz band and panoramic views of the iconic three-tiered swimming pool and the legendary Seminyak Beach below. In the evening, groups can indulge in a six-course dinner to the sound of a live pianist playing all the Christmas classics. Courses include Mud crab and sturia caviar with saffron jelly, Grilled Hokkaido scallops and Pan seared red snapper with pumpkin and black truffle.
