The soup course features Tortellini in Brodo—small tortellini filled with cheese, served in warm chicken broth. The main course, Pesce Spade Alla Siciliana, consists of grilled swordfish accompanied by tomato sauce, olives, capers, and a hint of oregano. The meal concludes with a traditional Tiramisu for dessert.

Additionally, Wyndham Panbil Batam presents another romantic dinner option, themed “A Feast of the Heart” exclusively for Valentine’s packages at Kayumerah Restaurant.
Available from February 14 to 16, 2024, this package is priced at IDR 2,100,000 nett per couple and includes a lavish seven-course menu. Guests will savor appetizers such as Manado tuna dabu-dabu, Arang (cassava with sambal roa), and Olos Tegal, followed by Naniura Tapanuli Red Snapper and Asinan Bogor as second courses. The main courses feature Balinese Smoked Duck and Krengsengan Daging Surabaya. A palate cleanser of Kepri Dragon Fruit precedes the dessert selection, which includes West Java Mochi Jasuke and Klepon Mille Feuille.
