On Friday, 7 October 2016, The St. Regis Bali Resort graciously introduces another remarkable dining experience at Kayuputi Restaurant featuring Lebanese wines of Chateau Musaron. Chateau Musar is a family-owned wine producer in Lebanon, founded in 1930 by GastoHochar who studied oenology in the prestigious University of Bordeaux. The event will feature six vintages from Chateau Musar, including MusarJeune Red, Musar Jeune White, Chateau Musar Red hand selected by Chief Sommelier Harald Wiesmann, flawlessly accompanied by six-course degustation menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Ketut Gunatika under the guidance of Executive Chef Agung Gede. The event will begin with aperitifs and canapés at Kayuputi Bar from 7 PM before dinner start at 7.30 PM at Kayuputi Mezzanine. The exceptional evening will also be expertly co-hosted by the distinguished winery representative and 3rd generation owner, Mr. Ralph Hochar.
