The newly renovated 360 Rooftop Restaurant at Anantara Uluwatu Resort Bali just launched a new dessert called Citrus Me. Specially prepared by their pastry chef, this interesting sweet treat consists of lemon and yoghurt cremeux, and lemon coulis. To enjoy this, you have to spray some edible parfume, which is made of 24 hours infused lemon skin rhum to the lemon shaped dessert in order to enhance the flavour. It is really refreshing and very delicious. Citrus Me is available everyday at 360 Rooftop Restaurant for only IDR 85,000++.
