COCKTAIL PAIRING DINNER WITH CHEF IN RED RENEE TANJUNG AT BYRDHOUSE BEACH CLUB

On Saturday, December 10th 2016, Byrdhouse Beach Club of Segara Village will hold a prestigious Cocktail Pairing Dinner event featuring Indonesian ‘Chef in Red’ Renee Tanjung. Born in Jakarta, Renee Tanjung has spent the past few years abroad in Paris, Dubai, and London to share her culinary passion through exclusive dinners and cooking classes. Her latest project before returning to Indonesia was a successful dinner at Hush Mayfair London, back in September 2016, where she promoted authentic Indonesian cuisine to the people of London. Adapting the similar concept, Byrdhouse Beach Club is partnering with Chef In Red to create the very first cocktail pairing dinner in Sanur. The dinner consists of 5 courses Indonesian themed delicacies paired with exclusive concocted cocktails by Byrdhouse finest mixologist.
