Sundays at glow restaurant are a celebration of flavwes, healthful food and good company. Starting from 11.00am to 2.30pm, experience the informal style of glow’s galley kitchen at the Estate’s Sunday Brunch.
For the brunch, an abundance of raw ingredients from the Estate’s organic vegetable garden, freshly caught seafood and the finest imported grain-fed beef are prepared to your preference. Whether it is a late breakfast, or a leisurely lunch, take time to sample your way through their delicious healthful menu.
Some of the options to delight in are the soft-cooked organic egg with smoked salmon and asparagus, the fresh avocado and fresh soy bean dip with seaweed salsa and chia seed crisps, and the savoury mud crab in fragrant coconut, sambal sauce with bean sprouts and Asian herbs.
To make your Sunday even more relaxing and peaceful, the girls from local village will be practicing a Balinese dance to the gamelan orchestra at glow restaurant.
The Sunday Brunch is priced at IDR 550,000 for adult and IDR 300,000 for children aged 12 years old and under. All prices are subject to government tax and service charge.
