With theme “the extra ordinary local life” four Executive Chef from various Marriott properties in Bali successfully elevated local cuisine into food galore, which foodies might never forget. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests indulged in choices of delectable dishes served by these four talented Executive Chefs; Chef Donald Hutauruk from Courtyard Seminyak served Babi Bali Porchetta, Chef Rio Abednego from Four Points Ungasan served Iga Bakar Solo, Chef Wisnu Adyatma from Renaissance Uluwatu served Pork Gyoza, & Chef Yoyo Putra from Fairfield Legian served Ayam Bakar Tebu Surabaya. The event was made merrier with Zumba competition, live acoustic and Bazaar to support local business that has been impacted by the pandemic.
