100 gr grated coconut
100 gr brown sugar (sliced)
100 ml of water
- Unti coconut: cook sugar water with pandanus until dissolved, then strain. Then enter the coconut. Cook until the water comes, don’t forget to stir it so it doesn’t burn.

- Take 1 batter of vegetable mixture, then make a pancake in a flat pan pan. Tip: Use medium heat and make sure the pan is completely hot when it will boil (the batter sounds psss … when poured over the pan), so that it forms beautiful pockmarked skin. If the pan is not hot, then the skin that forms will be smooth, the surface is not formed typical pockmarked darlung. Do it until the dough runs out.
- Whilewaiting for the next skin to mature, fill 1 tablespoon unti over the skin, fold then roll. Do it until it runs out.
