Curated by Chef Putu Dana, a proud native of Singaraja, this culinary experience draws deep inspiration from his hometown and one of its iconic traditional eateries. Infused with personal memories and cultural pride, each dish on the menu tells a story of North Bali’s culinary soul.
Diners can look forward to a family-style feast, featuring time-honored dishes such as Urab Kelor a nourishing mix of moringa leaves and grated coconut, Sate Lilit a Balinese spiced minced fish skewers, Timbungan Barramundi a fish slow-cooked in bamboo for an earthy, aromatic finish, and more authentic creations, all prepared and presented with traditional flair.
The Buleleng Culinary Journey is available exclusively at the 360 Rooftop Restaurant every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are invited to savor the sunset while indulging in the unique tastes of North Bali with Price: IDR 350,000++ per person and the venue at 360 Rooftop Restaurant, Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort.
