Bella Cucina at InterContinental Bali Resort and Davide Vacchiotti, the Manager of Farnese Vini for Asia Pacific were invited all wine connoisseurs to an exquisite evening of Italian wine dinner featuring an award-winning Farnese Fantini Edizione Cinque Autoctoni, the Italian Red Wine of the Year 2016 whilst enjoying the splendid five-course set Italian delicacies that Bella Cucina has known for, that was held on Friday, 26 July 2019.Being a flagship of the well-known Farnese winery, the finest Fantini wine offers a great quality and value yet has an amazing characteristic of its taste and fragrance. Grapes for this red are sourced from Abruzzo and Puglia, creating perfumes of intense fruit character, blackberry and cherry with aromatic herbs, cinnamon, cocoa, liquorice and an interesting minerality, a truly excellent companion to the dishes served including Stuffed Zucchini Flower, Octopus Salad, Pappardelle with Venetian Duck Ragu, Ossobuco Milanese Style and Zuppa Inglese. An elegantly-designed dining pavilion and the resort’s al fresco signature fine-dining venue, Bella Cucina, meaning ‘beautiful kitchen’, is renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine span. Exclusively open for dinner only with a select à la carte menu. Almost 45 guests were treated to a fine offering of food and wine at this exclusive wine dinner and covering almost of the entire dining space.
