GRILLED CHICKEN AT ARTISAN PERERENAN

author : , published : 07 January 2026

Artisan has officially opened its doors in Pererenan, marking the Bali-born hospitality group’s fourth venue on the island. What began as a small brunch café in Uluwatu has grown into a collection of much-loved venues across the island including Ungasan, Bingin and now Pererenan.

Each Artisan venue has its own personality and Pererenan is no exception. The new space blends tropical warmth with industrial cool, as smooth concrete softened by lush greenery, mellow lighting and a soundtrack that makes you want to stay for one more drink. It is relaxed, creative and designed with the same care that has made Artisan feel like a favourite wherever it goes.

The Pererenan dinner menu has been created by Artisan Executive Chef Paolo Tancredi Arlotta (previously Skool Kitchen). Signature dishes include a Golden Risotto made with carnaroli rice and yellow capsicum puree topped with grilled prawn and a touch of Javanese long pepper. The Gnocchi is pure comfort with duck and porcini ragù finished with dark cocoa. There is a beautiful Fish of the Day served with spigariello leaves, confit tomato and a tomato compote beurre blanc. The Grilled Half Chicken arrives with clam jus, and cooked clams.
