To celebrate the appointment of Chef Degan, Padma Resort Legian and Padma Resort Ubud are delighted to present a series of culinary events. After Chef Degan’s Cook Out and S.K.A.I’s culinary festival done last week, another fun cooking demo and a special wine dinner will be presented at Padma Resort Ubud on Saturday, 28 October 2017. Chef Degan will demonstrate his cooking techniques using his secret recipes at 3pm until 5pm, in the Ballroom Foyer, followed by a tour around Padma Resort Ubud’s own Agro Forestry garden where some of the ingredients are harvested from. The wine dinner, Indonesian Culinary Art on International Stage, will be held on the same day at 6.45pm onwards, at The Puhu Restaurant and Lounge – featuring an array of Javanese and Balinese special dishes meet International, specially prepared by Chef Degan and Padma Resort Ubud’s Executive Chef, Ketut Sumerta.
