How motivated you to work in the hospitality industry and how do you compete in today’s competition?

I motivated myself since teenager to work at tourism and hospitality industry as hotelier. The first experience was as Public Area attendant and after more than 16 years, Thank God currently I am the Cluster General Manager for Bali & Jakarta.

Competition is a part of life and life is challenging, so we have to be able to digging more potential from ourselves. Do not stop learning and someday you will know how important the competition is.

What is the most memorable achievement in your career at hospitality industry?

I have 2 biggest memorable achievements during my career at hospitality industry; being as the Cluster General Manager for Jakarta and Bali, and then on the previous hotel we were the winner as Exceptional Guest Experiences Hotel by Traveloka Award 2017.

What do your employees expect from you?

They are expecting to learn, grow and share together with the ending sustainable employee satisfaction.

 If you could pick one place anywhere in the world to be your dream destination, where would it be?

Hawaii

Never ending to take a risk
