What do you love most about working as the General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta?
I have not one, but two things that I love the most. The first is the hotel itself. With a classic and timeless design, we definitely stand out in the neighbourhood. Our central location in the heart of Kuta-Legian plus the complete facilities for couples and families ensure that every guest will enjoy the greatest comfort during their stay. And we are the first Four Points brand in Indonesia, so somehow we set the bar of a true Four Points service that is simple, honest and uncomplicated in Indonesia.
The second is the passion of our associates. They are young, enthusiastic and full of positive vibes. I must say that I am proud of the pride and dedication they take in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, which have been recognised in many guest reviews.
