Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hotelier for 24 years with a happy marriage life, 3 kids, Food & Beverage enthusiast, trying to be a writer and have a dream to become a radio host.
What made you quit your previous job and decided to become a General Manager?
I loved being a Director of Food & Beverage, but the voice in my head told me to jump so I did. But I will be back as Corporate or VP of Food & Beverage in the next couple of years.
What is the most challenging thing in your current position you have experienced so far?
Like Jose Mourinho, trying to build a team that is always hungry with trophy and success…glory…glory Man united!

When I got my first job as a Bartender at The Borobudur Inter-Continental Jakarta back in 1994
If you could pick one place to be your dream destination anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
New Zealand. It looks so peaceful and has more sheep than people, that’s a plus point.
