This July, culinary boundaries will be set ablaze at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali as the resort’s celebrated beachfront venue, Ikan, plays host to a bold dining collaboration that brings primal cooking and seaside elegance into perfect harmony.
For two incendiary evenings on 11–12 July 2025, Chef Charly Pretet of Australia’s Terra Firma Dining will take over Ikan, transforming the venue into a stage of wild flame, woodsmoke, and sensory indulgence. “Fireside and Beach Vibes: Cooking Without Boundaries” is more than just a dinner—it’s an elemental celebration of food, fire, and connection.

A French-born chef turned open-fire maestro, Charly Pretet brings his acclaimed Sunshine Coast-based concept Terra Firma Dining to Bali for the first time.
