Taking place on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 6 PM to 10 PM, the evening promises to captivate the senses and nourish the soul.

In collaboration with Restaurant Herbivore, Chef Arnaud Hauchon brings his visionary approach to plant-based cuisine to Tangi’s tranquil setting. His bespoke seven-course tasting menu, crafted entirely from local flora, offers a rare exploration of Bali’s botanical abundance, interpreted with finesse, imagination, and deep reverence for the land.

At Tangi Restaurant, we believe that every meal is an invitation — a moment to reconnect with nature’s rhythms and rediscover the art of mindful living. Nestled within the verdant embrace of Gdas Bali Health and Wellness Resort, the restaurant is a sanctuary where flavors bloom with authenticity, and each plate tells a story of harmony and renewal.
