Karma Fitness & Spa Week programs run from Friday 13th to Sunday 22nd of April, 2018. Complimentary fitness during the week includes everything from daily yoga and pilates sessions to beach boot-camp, HIT (high-intensity training), power walks, Aqua Zumba, aqua fitness, Muay Thai boxing and much more. Guests can also add on stand-up-paddle boarding personal training sessions and fitness assessments, and even better, members of the England Rugby Sevens team will be conducting spontaneous fitness sessions. With pop-up healthy cooking classes and juice-making workshops, as well as workshops on nutrition, fitness and Ayurveda, this week is also about community and connection.
