The St. Regis Bali Resort’s award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant invites to join for an exclusive wine pairing dinner with Amadio wines on Friday, 4 October 2019.
The exquisite evening will invite for an exemplary five – course degustation menu, handcrafted by award-winning Executive Chef Agung Gede and his astounding culinary team. The elaborate menu will be paired with the finest selection of Amadio wine, hand selected by Kayuputi’s sommelier, Jeroen Jochems.
Since 1936, Amadio wines pride themselves on producing premium quality wines, with tradition and passion guiding every step of the journey. The Australian vineyard is located north of the Adelaide Hills wine region and recognized with national and international awards. With over 300 acres planted, the vineyard supplies an array of grape varieties including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Montepulciano Aglianico and Sagrantino to name a few.
The delightful evening will commence with a pre-dinner cocktail at Kayuputi Bar at 7:00 PM before dinner starts at 7:30 PM
Kayuputi has set its standard high whilst receiving multiple prestigious awards, including its recent prestigious “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator, in the 2 wine glass category, for the ninth consecutive year. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers Asian-inspired Haute Cuisine and a two-storey wine cellar complimented by magnificent views of the Indian Ocean.
