KO Restaurant Welcomes Chef Mitsuaki Senoo as New Executive Japanese Chef

KO Restaurant at InterContinental Bali Resort, renowned for its exquisite  Japanese cuisine, welcomes Chef Mitsuaki Senoo as the Executive Japanese Chef, the newest addition to the InterContinental Bali Resort’s culinary team. Affectionately known as Chef Mitsu, he brings a  wealth of Japanese culinary expertise to the table and is ready to delight KO’s loyal patrons. 

With a remarkable culinary journey that traverses borders, Chef Mitsu brings an impressive background,  which includes a distinguished career marked by preparing delectable dishes for various VIPs and heads of state. This is a testament to his exceptional skills and mastery of the culinary arts. Before gracing the  kitchens of KO Restaurant, Chef Mitsu had the privilege of cooking for a host of prominent figures. These  include the former President of the Republic of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono; the former  Minister of Maritime Affairs, Susi Pudjiastuti; the former Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia,  Jusuf Kalla; the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres; and many more. He also gained  experience working in the kitchens at Domani Tokyo, Hotel Claska Tokyo, Tirtha Bridal-Bali, The Chedi  Sakala-Bali, Hoshinoya Bali, and more. This unique experience not only honed his culinary prowess but  also deepened his understanding of crafting extraordinary dining experiences.
