Following, be mesmerized by an intriguing 5-course culinary parade, handcrafted by Chef Mandif, using the best of Indonesian contemporary flavours that feature an array of tiger prawn, Hokkaido scallop, red snapper variations and delight in Lapis Legit cassava mousse for a sweet ending.
Each course will be paired skillfully with the acclaimed vintages of Hatten Wines. Hatten Wines range is produced from grapes grown on the North Coast of Bali in its own vineyards and is famed as the first Balinese winery that brings a taste of Bali to the international markets.
