The prestigious culinary facility of St. Regis Bali Resort, Kayuputi Restaurant will host its first wine dinner event for 2017. The event will feature unique wines of the Mazzei family from Tuscany, Italy. The Mazzei has been involved in wine business since XI century and for 24 generations have produced bottle after bottle of fine wine from their main cellar; Castello di Fonterutoli. Showcasing six exquisite vintages including Mazzei Fonterutoli Chianti Classico DOCG, Mazzei Zisola Doppiozeta Noto Rosso DOC, Mazzei Siepi Rosso Toscana IGT and Mazzei “Phillip” Toscana IGT, paired with refined culinary made by Chef Gunatika in guidance of Kayuputi’s Executive Chef Agung Gede, a menu of six courses will be curated for the guest’s delight. Hosting this special event will be Mr. Harald Wiesmann; Restaurant Manager and Chief Sommelier.
