New Degustation Menu at Kayumerah Restaurant 

The “Back of Nature” Kayumerah Restaurant which was unveiled last month on the 10 of July 2023, has been successfully bringing new colors and breakthroughs on the journey of taste and culinary in Batam, Riau Archipelago. Kayumerah Restaurant genuinely ensures that each guest is able to discover the different atmosphere and ambience crafted. Located in the middle of Pelawan Forest, refined grandma recipes and brought nuances of home, make this Indonesian specialty restaurant maintaining spotlight on them. 

Offering their first set menu called Pelawan Menu on July 2023 to the public, Kayumerah is successfully attracting the culinary junkies to taste the authenticity of twelve-courses prepared by talented Chefs back of the house. On the month of August, Kayumerah Restaurant is proud to announce its new menu, Archipelago Menu, covering fourteen-set Nusantara cuisines crafted carefully by using local ingredients. 

The journey of taste starts with “Ragam Camilan” like Roti Sobek, Jagung Cikole, Perkedel Kepiting Padang, Manado Choux and Sourdough by Elvis 2.0 followed by Asinan Bogor, Udang Opor and Tebasaki Isi. The guest will also be enjoying three main courses of Ikan Kuah Kuning Papua, Barelang Lobster Woku, and Semur Karubi. The degustation dinner is perfectly closed by Injen Brule, Bolu Daun Kelor and Barelang Watermelon Granita.

To ensure the atmosphere of tranquility and elegance, it is requested that only adults and young adults above 12 years old joining the exceptional dinner at Kayumerah. In addition, despite this restaurant located in the middle of forest with variance of animals living on its surroundings, Kayumerah is strictly apply no pet’s policy to assure guests comfort during the degustation dinner. 

Open every Tuesday to Sunday, Kayumerah Restaurant is ready to enliven the senses during dinner time at 6 pm to 10.30 pm. Prior reservation to is recommended.
