Another highlight is Chef Pang’s homemade gelato with unconventional flavours like Avocado and Thai Tea. Having the new Payangan Lounge as a canvas to showcase its pastry artistry, Padma Resort Ubud continues to captivate guests with artisanal cakes that draw inspiration from the enchanting Payangan bamboo forest and its inspiring surroundings. Among the classic Indonesian sweets and Jajan Pasar adored by our guests at Padma Hotel Bandung, Pastry Chef Ibnu Mucharom has unveiled a fresh and exciting dessert menu that will soon be available at The Restaurant. Starting this October, our a la carte menu will feature an array of irresistible mini cakes for dessert lovers to savour. According to the dessert artist himself, the absolute must-tries are Tutty Fruity Mango, a heavenly combination of light white ganache and vanilla mousse with mango puree and coconut, and Strawberry Chantilly, featuring soft white ganache with milky tartlet and strawberry juice compote. For those who cannot pass on a post-meal brew, we present Coffee Pannacotta with luscious blood orange caramel sorbet and honey vanilla tuille.
