From 10 – 12 November, guest can experience fine dining at its best at the beachfront Kayuputi restaurant by this award-winning Spanish chef, who is also Executive Chef of two-Michelin Star restaurant Zaranda at Castell son Claret Hotel, island of Mallorca. Chef Fernando will gladly accompany you and showcase some of his best-curated degustation dinner menus during the event. The St. Regis Bali Resort also invites you to join the finale to this epicurean experience by joining the Full Moon Midnight Supper Event at Cloud Nine Terrace on Monday, 14 November 2016 where Chef Fernando Arellano will prepare a curated menu with wine pairing.
