YOGA FOR SURFER LOVERS 

Like yoga, surfing requires deep focus, strong willpower and a good vision that will benefit your mind, body and soul. The new wellness program at Heavenly Spa introduces gentle movements focusing on five spinal points that will increase your balance on the surfboard and keep your blood flowing. The Yoga for Surfers program is led by a certified yoga teacher, Devi Yuliana. Available every Saturday from 4PM to 5PM at Temple Garden. Minimum 3 persons per session. Priced at IDR 200,000 net.
