After you have mastered The Art of Tart, it is up to you to create your new originals.

Demystify pate a choux, by learning how to make this traditional French pastry,
step by step. You will learn how to make the actual pate a choux dough and
the craqueline, which is a second dough that gives a puff that cracked effect.
This class will also feature a basic pastry cream recipe to fill your choux with.
After this class you will never buy an cream puff again, you will make them yourself.
