The Legian Seminyak, Bali is pleased to host another special wine and dine experience at The Restaurant on Friday, July 26th. Mrs. Paola Marrai, owner of traditional Italian wine Beni di Batasiolo, will be attending the dinner and introducing each wine pairing, served alongside a sumptuous menu curated by Michelin star Executive Chef, Stéphane Gortina.
A cocktail reception will be held from 6.30 – 7.30 pm, following with the dinner beginning at 7.30 pm. Menu highlights include a black winter truffle risotto, Batasiolo Gavi DOCG del comune di Gavi Granée, vegetables and prawn tartlet, beef tenderloin Rossini, and Pineapple “Tian”.
