In this November edition of Salon Bali’s Purnama dinner, sees another culinary collaboration and flavourful fusions of the restaurant’s Executive Chef Nic Philip and Ku De Ta’s Mejekawi Head Chef Stephen Moore.
Working in multi- award winning and Michelin-star venues in France, UK, Switzerland, New Zealand, Sydney, Melbourne, Barcelona and New Delhi has helped Chef Stephen form a food philosophy that is not only technique and produce-driven, but also holds great respect for local food culture.
Australian chef Philip has a wealth of experience gained at luxury resorts in the Asia-Pacific region and at leading European restaurants such as Michelin-starred Cove Club in London and acclaimed Restaurant Taller in Copenhagen.
