The Sarong Group is proud to announce a very special partnership with San Pellegrino and Executive Chef Will Meyrick. This October Chef Meyrick will travel to Milan with Tarun Bhatia, the winner of the San Pellegrino South Asian Young Chef of 2016, in order to mentor his progress through the intensive competition that will result in the announcement of the San Pellegrino Young Global Chef of the Year. Tarun began his career in Goa, and has worked in Delhi, Singapore and Australia honing his skills in innovative and creative cuisine that reflects the influences of his Southern Asian culture. To celebrate this wonderful occasion, Sarong Group held a special event dinner for guests and friends on Saturday, October 1st. During this occasion, Tarun served his winning dish aptly titled Inspirational Daab Chingri, along with other dishes selected by Executive Chef Will Meyrick.
