To celebrate the illuminating Year of the Rat, indulge in a savory menu specially crafted by Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran’s talented Executive Chef Thonny Wie Rido who has more than 23 years of experience in Culinary.

Chef Tonny present steamboat to celebrate Lunar is because the steamboat related to our Hotel, which is located on the southwest coastline of Bali, set in the heart of the traditional fishing community. Long popular as a beach resort destination with traditional fish market and string of beachside seafood restaurants that magically transform from dusk onwards, serving succulent freshly-caught fish down on the sand, just across from the hotel. And also steamboat is one of healthy food with fresh ingredients that can be served family-style, by not forgetting the current moment, Chinese New year.

The ambiance of the restaurant will immerse diners in the magic of Chinese New Year fulfill with beautiful mandarin trees – harbingers of happiness – as well as traditional Chinese lanterns.

The menu will be available only on 23 – 26 January 2020 at Lunch & Dinner time from 12.00 pm – 10.00 pm.
