On June 22, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, launched its much-anticipated Seaside Sunday Brunch at Ikan, the resort’s signature beachfront restaurant. Designed to celebrate Bali’s relaxed coastal spirit and global culinary inspiration, the brunch offers guests an elevated weekend experience with unlimited small plates, live entertainment, and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Nestled right on the beach, Ikan recently introduced a brand-new menu led by Chef Raviel Sidik, the restaurant’s newly appointed and dynamic head chef. With a fresh perspective and a passion for locally sourced ingredients, Chef Raviel brings an exciting new energy to the beachfront dining scene.
Guests can indulge in a wide variety of globally inspired small plates—crafted for sharing and exploring—alongside the option to upgrade with a curated seafood platter or free-flow sparkling beverages. For families, a host of engaging activities awaits, including face painting, a bounce castle, and a roaming magician. Live violin music sets a relaxing tone, making it the perfect way to spend a Sunday by the sea.
After brunch, guests are invited to stay a little longer and enjoy extended live entertainment and happy hour specials at Ikan Bar from 4 to 6 p.m.
