Chef Reza started his culinary career in 2004 at Japengo Café in Dubai. His journey then brought him to several new positions around the world, including to Le Meritage at Maison Dupuy Hotel in New Orleans, where he was posted as Chef de Partie.

Following his career journey, Chef Reza also joined Banyan Tree Bintan in Indonesia in 2014 and Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa in Maldives in 2016 and 2018 – all of them as Executive Sous Chef.
