Benjamin Padrón Novoa has served in the spirits industry for over 10 years, during which he has been part of guest bartending across the globe including New York, Greece, Beirut, Miami, Tel Aviv, London and Sao Paulo. He is one of the judges from several prestigious bartender competitions namely “Tales of the Cocktails, The World’s 50 Best Bar’s and Worlds Finals of Diageo Reserve World Class, Bacardi Legacy and Dons of Tequila.
With 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage management both within Restaurants and Hotels, Dario Schiavoni’s career spans between Rome, London, Algarve, Shenzhen, Beijing and Tokyo. Relocating to Beijing in early 2017 for the opening of Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, he successfully runs the hotel’s bar as Bar Director since then.
