Continuing their last year’s great success, CasCades Restaurant of Viceroy Bali will once again host Ubud Chefs’ Collaboration Charity Lunch on Sunday, 9th October 2016. Supported by the most talented and award winning chefs based in Ubud, the event will provide a meticulous dining experience where each chef will bring one of their best dishes at this degustation lunch fiesta. This year some of the best chefs who take part including; Maurizio Bombini of Kubu Restaurant at Mandapa Reserve Ubud, Made Lugra of Wijaya Kusuma Restaurant at Ayung Resort, James Ephraim of Mozaic Restaurant Ubud, Cristian Encina of PICA South American Kitchen, Ray Adriansyah of Locavore Ubud, Estefania Simon of Room4Dessert Ubud, Mandif Warokka of Blanco Par Mandif and CasCades Restaurant very own Nic Vanderbeeken.
