Padma Resort once again invites their guests to indulge in a classy fine-dining journey through UnOaked 2.02 series, this time with Chef Yono, a well-known Indonesian chef who has made a name in United States, at the hippest beach club in Legian, S.K.A.I Beach Club of Padma Resort Legian. Chef Yono is the owner of Albany; a premiere restaurant for world class fine dining located at 25 Chapel Street, USA, and recognized as one of the top 100 restaurants in the States. The restaurant has been a go-to destination for memorable dining experience since 1986 and recognized by the James Beard Foundation, Wine Spectator, Santé, DiRoNA and The American Culinary Federation among others. Enjoy scrumptious menu specially created by Chef Yono at Padma Resort Legian’s S.K.A.I Beach Club on 17-19 March 2017 from 7 PM onwards. And on 20 March 2017, he will recreate his menu in Padma Resort Ubud’s The Puhu Restaurant.
